Exchange & Return Policies and Instructions
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, our returns process is temporarily on hold and we are unable to process returns. As this disruption is beyond our control, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. Please rest assured that we are actively exploring alternative solutions to resume normal returns processing as quickly as possible. We appreciate your trust and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
Once our returns process resumes, the following applies:
Please note that returns and exchanges must be started within 30 days of order delivery.
If the returned product is unauthorized or in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to cancel the credit and issue an invoice.
Please inspect products upon receipt. Any claim for manufacturer defects, including pictures of the items, should be sent to customer service within the 30 days return window.
Free Exchanges
Got the wrong color or size? Exchanges can be made for the same product in a different color and/or size at no cost to you.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The exchange must be started within 30 days of order delivery.
All items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all its accessories and all packaged components.
How to exchange an item:

Please follow the instructions in the portal.
Within the portal, you will choose the item you want to receive, and a free shipping label for the unwanted product.
Please print the label and ship the product back to us.
Once the package is delivered, we will send your replacement item.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be returned to us within 30 days of order delivery.
The product must not be marked as “non-refundable” or “no returns”.
All items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all its accessories and all packaged components.
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

How to return an item:

Please follow the instructions in the portal.
Within the portal, you will follow the prompts for a return, and whether you want a refund or store credit.
A shipping label will be sent to your email address.
Please print the label and ship the product back to us.
Once the return is delivered, we will refund you OR email you the store credit.
