Order Processing Policy

Orders placed after 12 PM EST / 9 AM PST are considered next business day orders

• Express orders will be processed within the next business day

• Standard orders will be processed within the next 48 business hours

All orders ship from southern Ontario, so delivery times will vary based on destination. During the holiday season, shipping and handling may take longer. We ship to all provinces.

Standard Ground Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 4-8 business days (Monday-Friday) after the order has been shipped. Shipping is FREE on orders over CA$150 and CA$15 on orders under CA $150.

Expedited Shipping:

Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after the order has been shipped. Expedited shipping is $30 and not available for PO boxes. Availability: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.
