    Runs smaller than all the Reima stuff

    I bought it for the next year but it fits my daughter this year. Shoulders are way tooo narrow. My summary: Usually Reima has +6cm grow room - this one doesn't. And it's too narrow in shoulder. The fabric and quality is good though.

    Great winter coat

    I purchase Reima snowsuits for all of my grandchildren. This coat was purchased for my 4 1/2 year old granddaughter, along with matching snow pants and she loves it. I purchased a size 6, which she can wear now and will be able to wear next year, as well. The colour is stunning and I love how the collar keeps her neck warm as well. She plays hard in the snow and said it is toasty warm. Highly recommend!

    Disappointing experience

    I placed my first online order with Reima and it will probably be my last. I have previously purchased Reima products and love the quality and look. I purchased three items online. The jacket was too small and I wanted to exchange it for the next size, but it was sold out at the published price. The same exact jacket now cost more and was available in the size I needed. I contacted customer service and was told to return it for a refund. I would have been very happy simply exchanging it and paying the difference (maybe it was a more updated version of the Perille…?) Instead, I was charged $9 for returning the product. Not sure why a store credit without the $9 fee isn’t an option. After realizing this, I also returned a hat I was going to exchange. If the exchanged size also did not fit, I didn’t want to be out another $9.
