    Nice while they lasted

    Purchased November 2025 and had fallen apart by March 2026. Son wore them daily to school. Top layer of the shoe started to rip at the top of the toe and the back of the shoe broke and dug into his Achilles. Waterproofing worked well, and he says they were comfortable until they started to break down and dig into him. Had hoped his younger sister would get some wear out of them, but it's a total loss. Expensive as a single season use item.

    Not waterproof sadly

    We love Reima shoes and gear but these shoes are not waterproof. We bought them earlier this year for my kiddo to grow into them for the fall season and she came home yesterday with completely soaked toes.

    Great shoes

    These are excellent and make me wish Reima carried adult sizes. I have struggled to find well-built shoes for my kid with foot-shaped feet for the past decade, with only 2-3 brands offering decent function/quality for what I consider a reasonable cost, and only Reima coming from Canada. I love a company that recognizes the existence of tweens, too - not just little kids and adults. Oh, and the tread rubber on these is actually grippy, unlike many minimalist brands that claim so but don't deliver. I wish there were more non-waterproof models in the lineup, but I understand that focusing on fewer models can be an advantage. I'm not absolutely sure about sizing. I'm accustomed to it being inconsistent between brands, so I always carefully measure, and it generally works out. A printable footbed template with scale reference would be a wonderful tool, as some brands provide.

    Great shoes as always

    Great shoes, very light and bendy, clearly well made like all of Reina’s shoes which we love. They do run a tad big, I find this shape of shoe does, but they’ll be perfect for the Fall.
